2. What data I process and why
I process the data you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, your website URL, and the content of your message. The purpose of processing is to respond to your inquiry and prepare the free insight or quote you requested. Legal basis: the consent of the data subject (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give via the checkbox before submitting the form.
3. Data processors
Formspree, Inc. (formspree.io, USA — with EU data transfer safeguards and DPF certification) forwards form submissions to me by email. The website's hosting provider is Vercel Inc. (vercel.com). Correspondence takes place via Google (Gmail). The site's fonts are served by Google Fonts; when they load, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers.
4. How long I retain the data
I retain your inquiry and contact details until the matter is closed, but no longer than 1 year from the last contact, unless a contract is formed — in which case the retention period required by accounting regulations (8 years) applies to billing data.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies. Traffic is measured by Vercel Web Analytics, which operates without cookies, in anonymized form, collects no personal data, and cannot identify individual visitors.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or withdraw your consent by writing to patobalint2002@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu), or with your local data protection authority.
